قانون شفافیت باعث ارزانی خواهد شد

قانون شفافیت اگر در مجلس تصویب شده و خوب اجرا شود باعث ارزانی و فراوانی خواهد شد زیرا همه گرانیها برای دریافت سود بیشتر با روشهای مخفی است. یعنی گاهی ان را در حقوق های نجومی مخفی می کنند، گاهی هم در پاداش ها مستتر می کنند. و واصولا هیچ دستمزدی نیست که باعث گرانی نشود. زیرا که یکی از عوامل مهم تولید هزینه حقوق و دستمزد است. البته نه حقوق و دستمزد حداقلی و کارگری بلکه حقوق و دستمزد و پاداش مدیریتی . سیستم کمونیستی به همین دلیل بوجود آمد زیرا که سرمایه داران و مدیران برای خود سقفی قائل نبودند. و تا جاییکه میتوانستند به بهانه سود و پاداش و غیره دریافتهای خود را بالا مب بردند. و در سیستم سرمایه داری این امر مجاز و بلکه توصیه شده است زیرا یک اصل از اصول مدیریت است . مدیریت استثماری به این شکل است که می گوید سود حداکثری در صورتی به دست می آید که درآمد ها بیشتر و هزینه ها کمتر شود. و این دو متضاد یکدیگر هستند یعنی هزیه ها برای کارگران و سود برای سرمایه گذاران است.   خوشبختانه در سیستم اسلامی این امر فساد تلقی می شود و افراد را به جرم اختلاس محکوم می کنند. یعنی عدالت اجتماعی حکم می کند که بین کارگر و سرمایه گذار سود بالمناصفه تقسیم شود. لذا اگر حقوق کار گر حداقلی است حقوق سرمایه گذار هم باید همان اندازه باشد. اما شهوت سرمایه گذارن باعث می شود که صدها برابر عامل یا کارگر و کشاورز دریافتی داشته باشند. این دریافتی ها به آنان اجازه می دهد کالاهای خوب و باکیفیت را به بهای بالاتری بخرند و عرضه را کاهش دهند. و کاهش عرضه باعث بالارفتن پی در پی کالاها می شود. مثلا پیشنهاد می شود در توزیع گوشت یا مرغ، بین مصرف صنعتی یا سنتی تفاوت قائل شوند. زیرا چلوکبابی ها و رستورانها با قیمتهای بالا همه گوشت و مرغ ها را می خرند و برای مصرف کننده جز چیزی باقی نمی گذارند. به همین دلیل امروز دکتر قالیباف رئیس مجلس شورای اسلامی در تذکری گفتند که یکی از منکر های بزرگ همین گرانی است که باید با آن مبارزه کرد. آقای آصفری هم تذکر دادند که شرکتهای فولاد و ایمیدرو ایدرو هم باید شفاف سازی کنند زیرا برای خود حقوق های نجومی دارند. با اشاره حسن نوروزی هم شورای استانها و استانداران هم مشمول شفایت شدند زیرا بالاترین حقوق نجومی دولتی را استانداران دریافت می کنند. در مجموع دو میلیون نفر هستند که در سازمان هایی مثل شصتا و ادارات دولتی بیشت زا سقف حقوق یعنی بالاتر ازمیلیون تومان حقوق دریافت می کنند. و اگر مبنای شفافیت حقوق های   میلیونی باشد آن وقت هزاران سازمان و شرکت ریز و درشت شفاف سازی می کنند که بیش ازمیلیون نفر از بیت المال می خورند و از دو سو باعث گرانی می شوند یکی اینکه در هزینه تولید سهم هزینه دستمزد بیشتر شده و قیمت تمام شده را بالا نشان می دهد و از سوی دیگر با دریافت این حقوق های نجومی، در بازار همه چیز را می خورند و می برند. و کسری تولید و عرضه ایجاد می شود و مردم که دسترسی به این حقوق های نجومی ندارند گرسنه می مانند. لذا میتوان طبقات اقتصادی در ایران را بجای کارگر و سرمایه دار به نجومی بگیران و بقیه تقسیم کرد. افرادی که در قدرت نفوذ دارند اقتصاد را هم به دست می گیرند. مثلا آقای نماینده با حرارت تمام قوه قضاییه را مستثنی از طرح شفاف سازی می خواست! یعنی حقوق های نجومی ثضات عالیمقام و فرودست و کارکنان دیوان ها و غیره اصلا فاش نشود! آنها غیر از حقوق پورسانتی از پرونده ها هم می گیرند که از هرسه طرف است! از طرف دولت می گیرند تا رشوه پذیر نباشند! از شاکی  و متشاکی هم می گیرند
